Vacation is almost over

Two more days and then I'll be packing to go back to Western Washington University. This year's break is so boring; I had to do a lot of babysitting. However, I found a lot of time to work on my website, practicing piano, and did a lot of Taebo workout.

House prices are too high

I've been looking at house prices, they are so high, it makes me worried about my future. My brother-in-law is looking for a three bedroom house and finds nothing brand new under $300,000. Now, he's forced to buy an old house, which he will use as an investment to buy a brand new house later. I just hope I don't have to fall into this same situation.

Blogger spell checker is broken

I just noticed today that Blogger needs to really fix their spell checker because it doesn't work. Every time, I clicked on the spell check button, it did nothing so I assumed that my writing was perfecto. Because of this, all of my previous posts had mistakes and I didn't even know it. I just hope that Blogger fixes this as soon as possible, if not then I'll be transferring back to Live Journal. Another poorly made blogger.

Failed interview with Boeing

I just got bad news today that I didn't pass the phone interview with Boeing. I was very confident that my skills and experience match the job description even though it's not really related to computer science, it focuses more on computer technology in general. I think it must have been some of the questions I answered were not very clear. Though, it was a failure, but let this be an experience for me.

Phone interview with Boeing

I had a phone conversation with three interviewers from Boeing today, it was painful. Some questions were not so hard but answering smoothly was the difficult part. If they do want to hire me after all the required interviews, I am not sure whether I want to stay with Safeco or Boeing. This is a tough decision, both companies are good companies. It's hard to cancel the internship with Safeco since I already accepted the offer, but we'll see...

Transfering to Blogger

Originally I was with LiveJournal, but I wanted to try out Blogger because it's from google. Most of the stuff from google is really good and stable so I'll give it a try.
